…throw it back to 1987 when Chrysler took over Lamborghini from Mimran Group which started the P140 Concept. Their mission was to build car that had competitive pricing and could be produced in higher quantities while replacing the Jalpa and Uracco. I laid eyes on this beauty at the Lamborghini Museo in Sant’Agata. This “baby” was designed by Marcello Gandini and Carrozzeria Bertone and as you can see, it had styling aspects of the Miura and Countach. P140 had a fuel-injected QuattroValvole 325 HP V10 mid-mounted engine which was a revolutionary mix between the Jalpa and Uracco V8 and legendary V12.
